Refresh cafe: most healing place on Cowley road?

2013 - present

This is the Refresh Cafe but now known as Vintage Refresh (2019). It is a social enterprise run by the charity Turning Point, and is staffed by volunteers who are recovering from addictions [1]. It first opened in 2013, funded by a grant from the Oxfordshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team [2].
