==Archive Librarians==
Archive Librarians upload content which is emailed in by members of the public or uploaded contributed during events, and make sure that content in the archive is added to the right pages so it can be enjoyed and understood by people browsing the wiki.
Here's what to do, step by step:
# Decide how long you'd like to commit for, and how often you'd like to check the wiki/emails, so that it feels manageable & rewarding.(Perhaps work to a personal goal of the number of contributions you'd like to process, for a sense of achievement when you reach it.)# Check the archive@cowleyroad.org email account for content which has been emailed in by members of the public. # An auto-reply is sent in response to every email to archive@, requesting date/address/copyright details. Once these have been received, and upload it the content to the wiki with correct author, date & address details.# Check the collection of images which have been uploaded, but not yet added to any pages, and insert these into the relevant wiki page/s. See the [[How to contribute | How to contribute]] page for how-to guide.# Add any captions or explanatory text you think the images need. See the [[How to contribute | How to contribute]] page for how-to guide.
# Optional extra: if you're interested in curating your own collection/s on the wiki around themes that interest you (eg, food shops, or LGBT history) this is something you can do too.
