This address is occupied by Cowley Road institution, the so-called 'Dodgy Deli', an off-license selling cheap (and occasionally out of date?) alcohol. It is correctly called the trades as Classic Deli Wines and once sold flapjacks and other delicacies as well as and stocks an unusually wide range of beers.
