Happy Friday Kitchen vegan diner opened here at the end of 2017. It is run by Lola Dixon, age 24 at the time of opening. The opening was reported enthusiastically in the [http://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/news/15608329.Vegan_restaurant_coming_to_Cowley_Road___serving_Mac_n_cheese_and_deep_fried_chicken/ Oxford Mail], with photos.
