== 2013 - present ==
This is the Refresh Cafebut now known as Vintage Refresh (2019). It is a social enterprise run by the charity Turning Point, and is staffed by volunteers who are recovering from addictions <ref>http://wellbeing.turning-point.co.uk/oxfordshire/our-services/refresh-cafe/</ref>. It first opened in 2013, funded by a grant from the Oxfordshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team <ref>http://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/news/10244756.Refresh_Cafe_run_by_ex_prisoners_is_officially_launched/</ref>.
