1992-present

The Maroc Deli occupies the ground floor, selling a range of fresh veg and Moroccan specialties. At the back of the shop is a meat counter and help-yourself olive bar. Its newish blue sign uses the distinctive Comic Sans typeface (incidentally, designed two years after the deli originally opened). To the left of the Maroc Deli sign can still be seen a sign in the brickwork "Circus Terrace" presumably dating back to the building of Nos 56 to 66 (hard to see in photo on right).
