This was Fred and Zappi's Halloween Costume shop, a pop-up shop opening a week before halloween

This was formerly SS20 skate and snowboard shop. Founded in 1988, this one of four locations it had occupied on the Cowley Road.[1] It closed suddenly in June 2016. Thomsons Directory 2007 No 176 SS20 Alternative Sports (2006 at No 131)
