The Bitten Oxford food blog reported on 20th October 2016: ''We’ve known for a while that Ru Thurston from Oli’s Thai was partnering with Ben Whyles from Door 74 to reopen Door 74 as a new collaborative project...''. The new restaurant, Arbequina, opened the following day.

During the refit in preparation for opening, an intriguing ?early 20th century sign for 'R.A. Neville: Dispensing Chemist' was revealed and remains visible, with the current business name printed modestly on the window glass.

R A Neville first appeared in directories at No 74 in 1926, until 1939. No 74 remained a chemist as A J Freeman and then J Simmonds until 1958.

The Bitten Oxford food blog reported on 20th October 2016: We’ve known for a while that Ru Thurston from Oli’s Thai was partnering with Ben Whyles from Door 74 to reopen Door 74 as a new collaborative project.... The new restaurant, Arbequina, opened the following day.
