It was 'Sweet Charity', a charity clothes shop, during the 1980s and 1990s

- Kelly's Directory 1976 No 3 Harry Slater fishmonger (I believe this was the last fishmonger in Oxford outside the Covered Market)
- Kelly's Directory 1976 No 5 J McCann second hand goods dealer (this became Sweet Charity)
