Opened in July 2015[1], this is Inky Fingers comic book store.
2000 - ?Date
During the 2000s, this was the 'Bridget Wheatley' jewellers shop.
Thomsons Directory 2010 Bridget Wheatley.
"In 1995 [Bridget Wheatley] moved to Oxford to open her first shop ‘Uniikki’, on the multi-cultural Cowley Road. In 2000 her venture her took to 38 Cowley Road, where she formed Bridget Wheatley Contemporary Jewellery..."[2]

This has been Circus Workshops including Paul Freestone photography and Lindsay Jones framing & exhibition services. The shop front was occupied by The Maker's Hand crafts, then the Purple Market.
